We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
Yes, it's absolutely free with no extra fees! Customs duties and taxes are covered.
Delivery Times:
- United Kingdom: 6 - 10 working days.
- United States: 6 - 12 working days.
- Australia: 6 - 10 working days.
- Canada: 7 - 14 working days.
- Europe: 6 - 10 working days.
- Rest of the world: 10 - 15 working days.
Important notes
- All orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 days (24-48 hours) of the order being placed.
- Delivery times depend on the courier and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseeable delays caused by busy periods, traffic, and weather conditions.
- Kindly note that deliveries to remote locations may experience longer delays. When delayed, it may take up to 4-6 weeks for a successful delivery.
- We are not responsible for any address errors, lost packages, or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
- We do not offer express shipping at this time.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and most of the world. We are unable to ship to French Polynesia, Russia, and China at this time.
Order & Shipping Process:
You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you have placed your order. Typically, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note, there may be fulfillment delays due to unforeseen circumstances. As soon as your order is on its way it may take between 5-15 days depending on your shipping destination and order delays. We'll send you the tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its journey on our tracking page. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped and delivered.

Late & Lost Orders:

We find that tiny details such as house/door number, street, and postal code can sometimes be missed.

If your order is marked as "Delivered": We recommend searching the surrounding areas of the shipping address and reaching out to neighbors. After allowing for a minimum of three business days for any potential developments, we advise submitting a claim with your local carrier directly. If you still haven't received your order, please contact us within 7 business days at contact@nova-jewerly,com and we will help every step of the way.

Missing/Incorrect Items:
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at contact@nova-jewerly,com to submit a claim within three business days after receiving your package including your order number, a photograph of the items you received, and your shipping label. Our team will be able to investigate this with our packing team and carrier partners.
Joie d’Or Lifetime Color Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you experience a significant gold or silver color issue, you may submit a claim at any time. Once approved, you will be eligible for either a replacement or store credit.
Please note:
- Gifted jewelry qualifies for store credit only.
- Store credit is calculated based on the promotional price paid for the item.
- Keep your damaged items — they may be requested for future claims.
- Items must be purchased directly from nova-jewerly.com
- Mystery items and free gifts are not covered by this warranty.
Covered under this warranty:
- Noticeable discoloration of gold or silver finish
Not covered:
- Lost or misplaced items
- Pearl discoloration
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. light scratches, aging)
- Damage caused by misuse or improper storage

Joie d’Or 90-Day Broken or Faulty Item Warranty
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or your jewelry breaks due to a production fault, you have 90 days from the delivery date to submit a claim. Upon approval, we’ll offer you a replacement or store credit.

- Gifted items are eligible for store credit only.
- Store credit is based on the discounted price paid at checkout.
- You must keep the defective item for potential inspection.
